I run the 4K version on my 27”iMac and this on on my mac mini both are great

on my mid 2015 maxed out mac mini with a 23” apple cinema display I have no performance issues even when runnig high end solid modeling software and the way it handels its built in screensaver is also problem free though the screen saver can display the time it does not show the text discription of the scene

The huge expansion of the included scenes is another great bonus but you do have to go into the scene browser and download them
